I want to put live chat on my website bestwebsitesdesigner.com but there is no easy free chat so people can contact me easily and I can increase the sale. I know volusion is free but problem is they give us the code which we put on website and it goes on top of website or in bottom of website and make website look unprofessional. I dont have that many $$ to pay everymonth. Can you suggest any live chat software which is free and provide hyperlink to integrate instead of providing chat button and I can create my own chat buttton and just link there hyperlink? Thanks
Hmmm well you could just use MSN and give out the addy for people to add you on that? whatever your msn addy is. Make one specifically for your site.
I dont think it will be helpful as many people will have to download msn if they dont have it etc. Chat live would be best because it does not need to be installed but I am confused which one will be best and for cheaper prices
I use freezilla and I have to admit it is probably just as good, if not better, than most of the paid chat support services. I highly recommend using it!
I'll second HCL, its great and can be compared to paid live center scripts. If your looking for something free and professional looking, if you do alittle theme editing (or leave it the same), then HCL is great for you. The only problem with MSN is that if the customer/visitor doesn't have MSN, then you miss the chance to talk to them.
Although not free, we use http://www.livesupport.com. It's just like liveperson, but much much cheaper.
You could use google voice, too. Its not chatbased, but you can put a call me on your site and allow it to go to voicemail, then return the call when you can.
guys I think you should give a try to yahoo pingbox. its the best check it out here. I installed it few days before and it is free and just like yahoo Instant massenger http://www.bestwebsitesdesigner.com/Web-designer-livechat.html Let me know if anyone need any help in it
Live zilla is very good.. The option i missed in live zilla is that it cannot be configured with other IM's.. Try, http://www.zopim.com..
LiveZilla is probably the best free source you are going to find. If you have a little extra $ definitely look into LiveChatInc, Velaro or Live2Support. They offer some of the best reporting and robust features the industry has to offer.
I think you can have a try with Comm100 Live Chat software. It is completely FREE. Just a few minites to sign up then it is ready to use. Hope this helps
