    I use AceFTP Freeware currently... Is there anything better than this?

    I use FileZilla.

    It's free and it supports both ftp and sftp (ftp over ssh). :)

    Cute FTP .. a very old FTP client. But i use the Pro version.
    Also see SmartFTP Client .. its good too.
