Interested to see some opinions on the best free FPSs with LAN capabilities for LAN parties. Can include demos, but would prefer 100% free. Here are some of my favourites: Smokin' Guns (Quake 3 + Old West Theme + Clint Eastwood = best free western themed FPS on earth. Dynamite only games are totally awesome, so much fun sniping the other guys stick o' dynamite while hes holding it. Also has the best fire engine I have seen in a free game) Assault Cube (What can I say its free and its a FPS. Plus you can make a great map in a few minutes while your actually playing the game, this is truly unique to this game, plus you can start a multiplayer game in which other players work together to build a map. Truly one of a kind.) Hidden and Dangerous (WW2 team based game. 'nuf said, check it if you love coop) Anyone else?
