    Hello!

    I need to start a brand new community so for starting I will prefer a free script.

    I don't need high requirements, except for SEO. It is extremely important.

    In your opinion, which is the best free forum script optimized for SEO?

    I have used Mybb on all of my forums. Its free and as long as you keep up to date - it will never let you down.

    I did find that out the hard way. Somebody had posted a pro obama thread on myforum and this alerted the attention of some hackers. I have to give em credit, they totally wiped out my forum, to the point where i just removed the whole forum. It was not huge, only 100 members or so, i just never got round to re-installing it. I may well do so today :)
