Best FREE Email Marketing Software?

    Hi-

    I have a new business and am gathering a list of names. I need to be able to re-market via email to them each month. Without paying, (since my newsletter isn't really revenue-generating) what is the best way to send them emails?

    Any heads up on a program out there I can check out would be great.

    Also, you could create something with PHP using the mail function, check out how much is the cost to create a delivery php script :)
