    I believe you are talking separate domain e.g. www.domain.com

    No, I don't think if any company is providing free domains.

    If you're talking top-level then I'm afraid there aren't any I know of with FTP/Shell. Homestead do 2nd level domains though, with FTP.

    I've been using them for years whenever I need a free domain to use as a redirect.

    You can get cheap .info domains, but i don't think there are any free domains!

    Well i just tryed the http://co.cc/ and they havent asked for my CC or any kind of payment so far so ..im not gona complain lol. Ill post back in two days time when i get the DNS setup and what not.
