    It needs to be able to use paypal for payments, an automated sales cart is what I need.

    You might be looking for a long time if you are looking for free...

    If you take free out of the equation there are many excellent providers.

    Of course I suggest my solution - DigitalContentCenter.com

    but know that I am not the least expensive out there, nor the most expensive. I do however offer a robust feature set and phone support.

    My suggestion is to have a large net...Use as many services as you can to get your digital products out there.
