phpbb has phpca.net. Its pretty good, if you are into programming you can mod the hell out of it

 

I suggest to all just to try dclassifieds. It's free, modern, seo friendly, host friendly, user friendly and etc. and etc. the best script on the market.

 

Despite the fact that craigslist (wich you using as an example) looks simple, the script is not so easy, and certainly not free.

If you want to build high-quality service, using a free script possibly is not a wise decision
