    Unfortunately backlinkwatch takes a while to be updated. So if your site is relatively new, you won;t get any data. What I did was using google webmaster or check my backlink. This way, you will also know which sites provide you a do follow backlink also.

    I use Traffic Travis to check backlinks for my site, as well as analyze my site's on-page SEO. It also is a great tool for keyword research.

    If you want to do competitor link analysis use OSE.Its very good even to check in your own link profile.It will tell you D.A and P.A of your backlink.3 Queries per day for free users.
    Backlinkwatch a little historic but gives you good number of backlinks.
    Ahref tells you much better about make up and broken links.
    Majestic SEO is good for checking link relevancy and when these links are build.A little idea about who are linking to you.
