Best free Backlink checker?

    Which is best and most accurate free backlink checker?
    Recently used http://www.majesticseo.com but funny thing is it shows backlinks even for domains banned by Google. But then I suppose it shows backlinks for all search engines so a domain banned by Google may not be banned by other search engines. :)

    Just found that right now alexa is providing pretty good data on backlinks since yahoo site explorer is done

    ahrefs.com - it's a paid service, but it will show you a lot of backlinks for free if you export them to excel
