What is the best free autoresponder that you can build a list with?

Your response will be greatly appreciated!

If you can afford it I HIGHLY recommend paying the measly monthly fee for aweber/prosender. It saves a ton of time and headache, and maybe it's just me but you have to ask yourself what your times worth...

    fragin yep good point

when i first started someone told me this is basically why they used this method
and it is slowly working for me

now my main goal was to do it free

starting out i made 1 sale for every 100 email address i had.
it took me 6 months of joint ventures, giving away stuff to collect enough email addresses until i felt comfortable spending money on aweber.

roughly i saved $120 in those 6 months by using the free program and then just exported and saved as csv and uploaded addresses to aweber. the service was good and you can set up different campaigns if you have different niches.

Sorry ii was on a roll then

I suggest you should use service such as aweber because there is no "best" in "free" thing. I have no doubt that you can done this without spending a dime but it will take you to a lot of trouble.

    1. Most of your mail will be filtered and stored in a junk box instead of inbox.
    2. Your server which used to sent out those email may face some problem from complaint on spam (even you are not), or may be overload and cannot run properly. You will have a lot of problems with your hosting.
    3. Save much of your time. I think your time has a lot of worth and easily justify the cost of using service such as aweber.

It's up to you. I only give my opinion.

Yes, from what I've seen around Aweber.

I would not suggest using a free autoresponder. Definitely take the hit and pay for Aweber

For me, I like using my own autoresponder.
Try infinite autoresponder, install at your own server, good script to say the least.

    here is the link http://infinite.ibasics.biz/

    Free Autoresponders suck.

There are many reasons. Here's one:

-spammers use them. Even clueless beginner marketers
send spam - it's not just Viagra peddlers.

-your prospects get spammed by the spammers, have the
autoresponder blacklist them and YOUR email doesn't get
delivered because the free autoresponder is blacklisted
to the email address in question.

Therefore the value of your list will be lower because more
of yoru email isn't getting delivered. You are better off
running your own script on a hosting account than you
    are using bargain-basement autoresponder services.

Spending $20 a month on a quality AR service is the
best money you can spend in internet marketing - that is,
if you are playing this game to make money.

If you are not doing this to make money... well in that
case you lose no income if your emails don't go through.

I would recommend paying $19.99 a month for the Aweber software. It is used by proffesional marketers. If not then a range of free autoresponders can be found on hotscripts.com
