I had a quick glance at your site and it looks pretty nice - which is why I'm assuming your main emphasis is on the nice and polite looks of the site, and you also want to achieve a decent Adsense CTR. If this is the case then I'm not able to help you a whole lot - but if you're looking for a template to boost your CTR through the roof and don't care about the looks then go with Bluesense (can't remember where to get it so Google for it) - it's been proven to give AMAZING click through rates.
