I find that Xtreme iTalk really has a lot to offer. http://www.xtremeitalk.com Some other forums I think are very good for the things you mention are v7n, talkfreelance, namepros (although i am banned, the bastards) and sitepoint.

I do post in warriorforum once in a while.. forgot about it. I dont' hang out there much, b/c the navigation and general system drives me nuts. I'm a member at earnersforum too actually, but never remember to stop by there. So thanks for those and the others to look into.
