    I think DP and Warrior Forum are the best. Also Blackhat World forum is a good place to promote your site. I think Blackhat World has a higher Alexa rank than the Warrior Forum.

    It depends on what you are trying to do. DP, Warrior Forum and BlackHat World Forum all have great people on them, but usually they are looking for different pieces of information.

    i do believe that the best posting sites are always kept secret and difficult to obtain access on. who would wanna share all their secrets to success? not many i believe. i will contribute 1 such example. about.com. gaining permission and access to post an article is as difficult as finding water in the desert. But once you do, the reward is tremendous.

    I think a "good strategy" is to find a couple forums, then stick to them by posting, but must of all by trying to add value on discussions. IMHO :)
