Best Format for Meta Keywords?

When I input meta keywords what is the best format:

1) Blue widget,small blue widget,large blue widget,long blue widget.....

or

2) Blue,widget,small,large,long.......

The 1st option would be the best of the two.

 

I agree that the first option is better, but meta keywords don't help much these days. Google seems to completely ignore them. Some of the other search engines may take them into consideration, but they now give far less weight to this compared to 10 years ago. So don't worry too much about trying to perfect your meta keywords. Focus more on link building as that is what will get you the rankings.

Of course the first option is the proper one. Also make sure you use your most important keywords first followed by your least important keywords. Same can be done in body text if possible.

 

first option will give good result becoz they r long tail keywords.

 

i think depend on your keyword. is yours only blue ? or blue widget ? so if your keyword is blue widget, the 1st option is better. because "blue" is not specific keyword and have much competitors
