Best for forums?

I can't seem to find the best PPC / CPM / PTP site for forums.

I can't use Adsense though.

Also what's the best placement?

 

You have bunch of free servers with mysql, so use them and install your own forum (find it on google, mybe phpbb3) on it, that way you can have full control over it.

The best placement is nowhere Sorry i really dons like forums with ads, otherwise the best position would be between the themes mybe?

 

usually a good cpm company don't accept 100% forum site. you can try it but most likely they'll decline. you can also try clicks and pop up. http://thebestpayperclick.blogspot.com/

 

Adbrite inline ads and full page ads maybe?

As for ads placed on forums, you need to make sure that they are not too obtrusive.

Forums viewers are notably fickle and have been known to leave a forum because of tacky ad placements or even a redesign.

Depend your traffic,if you have mostly US/CANADA visitors,tribalfusion will accept you with full 100% forums format.
