best for enviroment for Cpanel

    would HyperVM be good?

    im looking for a cheap solution.

    I am using Cpenal on Xen so far and never had any issues.

    HyperVM isn't a VPS hypervisor or environment, its a control panel. Eventually, after the owner's death, it is no more regarded as ideal one. You should try SolusVM instead as VM control panel. As a VPS environment, I suggest to use Xen, its a bare metal technology and ensures you 0 overselling.
