You could try this tool: AUNsoft flv player. Personally speaking, I think it is the best. It owns many bonus functions, such as current screen saving, hanging over other windows, supporting a playlist menu, etc. You could just google it for more information.
Check if firefox has installed Adobe Flash Player as plug-in. If so, Adobe Flash Player can surely play swf file. If not, you can use swf to video converter pro to convert the online swf to video(avi/wmv/mpeg/mov/mp4/3gp...) by adding the URL of the online swf directly. More information of swf to video converter pro here: http ://w ww.swfkits.com/swf_to_video/
there is a software by the name of Moyea, it's also good.. for this purpose, you convert too your video to different format with this..
just search "best flv player" in google. found aunsoft flv player at aunsoft.com go and chech out. I can't post link.
I am happy with my combo of Windows Media Center and Player - screw downloading players for every format. Just grab the K-Lite ultimate codec pack (22MB I think) and Media Player (and most likely, your current Media player) will play eveything.
