Hi, I am looking for the best/fastest proxy script.
I like phproxy, but wondering if there is anything that is a little faster.
Also, I noticed some tweaked versions of it, which one of those do you recommend?

I use the plain version of phproxy on five of my proxy sites, and it works fine for me. I do use CGI proxy on one of my proxy sites, but if you are looking for speed, use PHProxy. CGIproxy is good if you want people to be able to login to myspace and sites like that.

Yes, CGIproxy is the only proxy that will allow you to log in to MySpace and eBay. You will definitely need a faster server (More CPU) as this proxy uses up more system resources.

Working for me. But server (the site is hosted on) sometimes times out dns lookup, thats the problem at the name servers. Try again. You can try a little old version here http://www.browsespace.com/ (url format is different there).
