Apart from the glaring grammatical errors and the failed attempt at humor (to say the least) - I'd say a 6 /10 kinda effort. If that's the definition of best essay intro ever, for the OP i.e. then yeah; you're spot on mate.
That's not even close to a "best essay intro". There are lots of grammatical errors and I don't see the point in this.
Good point. The problem, which you will observe over time on DP, is that there are any one of a number of members who would be serious about this. Glad to hear that you were not. Welcome aboard!
this reminds me of the days when I have to prepare an essay and I have no idea how to come up with a good intro because either I party the night before or I spend too much time procrastinating Needless to say, most of my essays in college are rather shitty
Did you hear the joke about the college kid who turned in his college paper with a $100 bill stapled to it and a note that said I will pay $1 for every grade point I receive on this paper. Two weeks later, the professor returned the paper to the student with his grade and $63 in change. Personally, I purposely took courses that required papers instead of tests in college. I could crank out a paper much more easily than studying for a test.
