Best Email Submit Offers?

    Currently all the email submit offers that are offered to me not only ask the email but are after the name, address or phone number in order to complete the offer and qualify...

    Are there any email submit offers out there that ONLY ask for the email? if so what network

    I also heard that everything that happens after you submit your email is meaningless (the offers it asks you to complete after) is this true

    And not all are counted eventhough you complete everything..
