I've always used yahoo, gmail.. etc. because its they're easy to use.

Now I want use one my domains as my email address.. so my question is, what type of programs do most of you use? just outlook express?

I just want something that can block spam, and is easy to use.

    thanks for any advice.

    I use outlook express.

As for blocking spam, this is done at the server level with clamAV.

At the company I worked for we've set up Google Apps for our domain, it makes managing all of the users so much easier and is totally free!
