I have a client looking for a free (or cheap) email marketing software or program. Email is one area I really don't do well with or have experience with. I'd like to sound like I know what I'm talking about when I make a recommendation for this person. Does anyone know a program that would work well with his list of approx 10k subscribers? Thanks in advance.
lots of people talk about parabots. Advise that he gets his list on to a proper email management system like aweber otherwise he might get into issues like spam
1. You get what you pay for. Are you looking for trouble (domain name blacklisted, etc.)? 2. The title of your thread doesn't match the content of your post. You cannot get the best email marketing software for free or cheap, the same as you cannot get "the best anything" for free or cheap
1. Of course I'm not looking for trouble. Who is? 2. Re-read it. Makes perfect sense. Are you a wine drinker? It's well known that often times the best wines don't cost the most. Anyways, seems some people just take a negative twist on things no matter what. Sorry if my post offended you. Anyways, thanks for the reply.
1. Yes, I re-read it and I have a question: where you can get the best wines for free (or cheap)? "The best" doesn't fit "free (or cheap)" no matter what you're talking about, and anyway, here we were not talking about wines or another product that can be found in any supermarket, were we? We were talking about a professional tool ("email marketing software") 2. There was no offence
Here in South Florida, you can get GREAT cheap wine in Total Wine & Spirits and Laurenzo's Market. Not sure about your neck of the woods though. Ask around, someone may be able to point you in the right direction.
Thanks. I'll check it out. This is for skin care products, it's a follow up to people who have bought another product from the person, so it's far from spam. Again, I'm straight SEO and not really a guy who is into email solutions at all so I appreciate the suggestions.
I was looking at the Atomic Mail Sender, but I don't know the steps in setting up SMTP info. The product seems to get nice reviews as a mailer, but as a list manager it seems to be basic. If anyone can walk me through how to set up SMTP, I'd give it a shot and post a review here. I also posted in another thread so anyone with information please feel free to post away!
I tried Atomic Mail Sender for 30 days and I think I've seen enough. The application is alright, but entirely outclassed by web-based solutions such as SendStudio. I don't see a reason why there would be demand for standalone products like this when the tracking package is a web-app anyway - they might as well roll both into one like everyone else is doing. I always feel bad when my honest opinion in a sponsored post is negative but I just can't see the practical application for this over web-apps.
Maybe you have your own understanding for the word "best" BTW, "Best" is the superlative of "good", "great" is not a superlative, that's you can have a great cheap wine, but not the best wine for nothing or cheap
I think its better to download a email marketing script trail , use it for some days. If its fine for you then go a head buy full version.
If you have your own server, why not host software to cut send fees. I recommend email marketing software by Interspire. They also have a hosted version with a free trial.
1) Many people should go back to school to learn what they missed and only then to try an online (or offline) business 2) Getting the answer you're looking for ... depends very much on you ... if you know how to ask a question If you don't know how to properly ask a question, then you need to go back to the above point 1)
Adriana, I award you no points, and we are all now dumber for reading your post. (Name that movie for bonus points)
