Best email list manager?

My client wants a solution where they can send out emails to their opt-in subscribers. The current web host does not allow bulk email.

Ideally they would like to send HTML emails with graphics, be able to verify receipt, and track campaign effectiveness.

If it offers A|B split testing that would be even better.

Please let me know which is the best option.

With a list that small you could use Aweber. They are pretty reliable and I always had positive results with them.

order a dedicated hosting and send as many emails as you like
actually 60k is not that many 2hours to send them all IMHO

for 750 list use a service like aweber it is good for small lists...
starting from 5k contacts I think that your own hosted solution is better less expencive and more control...

It's getting harder for emails to get through to certain hosts now unless they are coming from approved email servers.

Yes VPS is ok. you just need your own IP which your MTA will use and I think you already have one ore more with your VPS.
Your list should be optin and you should follow can-spam rules (unsubscribe link, campany address....) to increase deliverability.

Why not just use ConstantContact. They are the big dogs in the industry and are reasonably priced too.
