Best Eccomerce Software

I am looking for the best Eccomerce Software which I can host on my own servers and cheaply supply it to any client that I setup and Eccomerce store for.

Any suggestions?

What kind of scale are you looking at - sites with dozens, hundreds or thousands of products? And what kind of experience do you have (are you looking for uber simple or super programmable)?

 

i think you have to search best ecommerce software in google..

 

why not try magento,drupal or joomla. they have a very nice e commerce template that you can buy.

 

You may want to try Magento. The application had been utilized by lot of good and stable companies. And setting up your site with this is not that complex.

hey i strongly suggest OS commerce its open source and u will get tons of addons for free

 

I would suggest Presta Shop..

 

From my experience I can say Magento beats all the other E-Commerce scripts out there.

 

Use wordpress with an ecommerce theme, much more friendly user and easier to use

 

I would say that Presta is one of the best out there, magento is very slow, not sure if they have fixed the problem but some months ago this was a big problem as the website loading time was slow.
