    I dont remember the model number but I had those Sony Ericsson In-Ear earphones... had bought them for Rs. 475 ... had decent bass effect too...

    There are two options you can get a branded one and some unbranded items,
    I suggest you a unbranded one, but which gives you ipod effect in even ordinary mp4 player.. it is in chennai locale shop.. i couldn't remember the name and it is rs200 i think...

    Well, there is an ear phone of Philips and is available in around Rs.550.
    Check it out as I forgot the model number. :(
    And they can be used on anything.
