I'm searching for a good drop down menu creator. I've tried on Google "drop down menu creator" and hit up all the ones on there, but they use Javascript or other weird stuff...

Anything available that uses .php, no javascript, flash, etc...?

    Perhaps a .php/css?

There's a menu creator available that offers pure css menus and many css menus with only a tiny bit of javascript which is linked to in an external file. Once you get use to using their menus you can manipluate them easily by adding your own css and changing the existing stykes.

It's by far the best and most advancing menu system out on the web and comes at a reasonable price, I have used them before with great satisfaction:

    Open Cube

You can try the software out for free and the only thing you need to activate your menus fully is a keycode that you include in your javascript file to stop a prompt coming up in a web browser window saying the software is not registered. The menu software is worth the price if you make use of it more than once.

It's important to remember though that nothing beats a simple static link layout for any website so in my opinion they should only be used if your website has a large directory base and page volume. Otherwise stick to a basic click through structure.

Good luck and I hope you find the menus to be of use! :)
