I would say jhmattern is the best writer and she's very friendly towards other writers as well. I remember one time I had this client that made me write a sort-of dictionary and rejected my work because it did not pass copyscape (How can a dictionary pass copyscape?) Anyway, jhmattern made me realize that I didn't do anything wrong and that I deserve to be respected as a writer. Jhmattern does not really know me but because of just that 1 PM from her, she somehow opened up my eyes especially regarding my rate. I respect this woman and hands down, she is the best if you ask me.
Jenn Mattern is my adored DP writer I hope the others here won't feel offended or so, it is just my personal opinion and feel of her work.
I can speak for Denise, Jen, MarketJunction, Chris (Webmasterlabor) and such. Nope I haven't worked with any of em, I got my own writers. But I have seen their work, their sites/blogs. And it's just tooo Good! Abhishek
I have not tried any writer here but following their writing style on forums and their corresponding websites I would say Jen (jhmattern), Denise (DeniseJ), Rebecca (internetauthor), Lisa (PearlyWrites) and I would also consider marketjunction, geegel, jmousseau, latoya, and MaryMary
I just stumbled upon this forum. I have used scriptlance and getafreelancer before with mixed success. Not meaning to hijack the thread, but can anyone put forward some names that would be able to write authentic and with some flair and personality about spring break, college life, dating and so on.
smi, Feel free to contact any of the writers listed here, I'm sure many would have the creditials you seek. Thanks! Rebecca
Yep, several of the better writers on the forum have already posted on the thread (and thanks for the nods... you guys are so sweet). I'm most familiar with Denise (denisej), Rebecca (internetauthor), Zainie (highflyer), Jason (marketjunction), and Latoya (latoya). I know there are other great writers... those are just the ones that jump to the forefront of my mind when I'm referring someone for a writing gig. For the person looking for poker articles, I'm sure he's not cheap, but you may want to try Jason (marketjunction). I believe he focuses on writing about gambling, but I could be wrong.
Well it looks like the popular census is jhmattern... I must say as a writer I also look to Jenn's posts for information above anyone else's. I have learned lots from them and the blog as well. Thanks YourContent for mentioning me even though I'm new! Mary
As to best writers on DP, I have no idea. Best is such a tricky word. I can tell you that there are some who are really serious about writing. I'd like to thank those that mentioned my name. There you go. Include JMattern (her quote) in that list too. Jenn's worked very hard to help others and do professional work. I've also talked with Sundaybrew and he (and wife) seem serious about their work also.
Geesh Jason... still can't get my name quite right, huh? j/k Speaking of helping writers out, I put two of the writing sites back in my sig, so if you're looking for freelance writing jobs, be sure to check out that blog. And although it's not in the sig, you can visit a bunch of us in my writing forums. This thread actually inspired a new project (that only DeniseJ's been privy to as of yet lol), so join the forum, and you'll get to hear about it soon. It'll be a long launch, but there will be free perks for some of the early birds, so keep an eye out for the announcement there.
I never tried any any of the DP article writers but seen the work and sites of few writers and Jhmattern tops my list.
I vote for myself Look my itrader comments... If I cannot vote for me, then it goes for Rebecca (Internetauthor) .
