Best domain to use for a tech website?

    I have 2 domains currently. I have been using mtechxp.net for a while and before that I had mtechxp.com (my host stole it from me) and I have been using that for my tech. website.

    I have had the domain http://dotdosh.com for a while now and I have not put it to good use.

    Now what I am asking you is which would be better to use for a technology/personal rants web blog?
