Best domain host for novice user

    Hello I'm looking for a new domain host to make a website and I've made some simple websites before so I have a basic understanding and I currently have a website at Godaddy and I find it to be a pain, the user CP is not easy to use and kinda expensive. I have used JustHost and they were better but I wanna pay month to month, I've been looking around and what I see is Bluehost & iPage are popular.
