Best "Do It Yourself" SEO Website

    Im looking for the best "Do It Yourself" SEO Website...this means who has the best tutorials, tools, help, and so on...I want to attempt to improve my SEO by myself and attempt to be successful at it before I invest the money into an SEO company...

    Try searching google.com about SEO tips and tricks?! Why ?! because if those website are on top of google, then they are good, if no no ... please just botter to click on those AdWords... or people who grab theyre possition with money...

    There are a ton of great resources available online. Try SEOchat.com and SearchEngineWatch.com to get you started. Be sure to look through the forums. Just like here, that's where the best information can be found.

    If its worth anything my site is currently the subject of an open experiment by Texan SEO Jim Corkern over at http://www.googlecommunity.com/about12436.html (sorry havent earned my link posting spurs yet :eek: ). His idea is he'll take the site through the process of being rock bottom (ie where it is now!) to page one on the major search engines for a specific keyphrase, and he wants to share exactly how he's doing it with everybody there, explaining what works and why it works along the way. It might be worth a read. (Im certainly hoping it works :) )

    I would also recommend seochat if you have the time to digest all the materials.

    Alternatively, try searching for 'Free SEO Techniques' in Google :D
