Thanks for the red daboss it really damaged my wellbeing. Instead of trying to give me business lessons as you clearly haven't got a clue, ref: your script and the fact your promoting phpld, why not go try some of the features phpLynx has and put your coding skills to practice by adding at least some of the ideas to your own offerings which are clearly lacking.

Don't come into a thread trying to bait people into an argument because it won't happen. As a 'script owner' your not saying much about your own product but a lot about another?. Why's that I wonder? And for goodness sake take them sunglasses off they look stupid.

Simple, 15-word answer solves the riddle:

At the end of the day, the best is what you make it to be.

IMO: I would say in my experience of trying phpLD 2, 3.1, 3.2 and now considering 3.3, along with a shot at phpLB and eSyndicat Pro, that I favour phpLD. Why? Simply because the level of support/modifications available are much greater due to the widespread use of phpLD v2. Almost everyone and their uncle Benny started off with phpLD v2. Then decided they wanted something 'unique' so upgraded to a newer version, thus the same level branched out on all versions. Although I currently prefer phpLD, next time I have the need for a directory, I'm going with Jamie's script, definitely:D

unfortunately, it wasn't me that gave you the red... just shows that other people also think you're tough stand is not appropriate...

and i'm not promoting phpld... just stating that it's doing very well... ;) phplynx is probably a good script too... too bad the way it's promoted (or defended) is too aggresive.
