no problem mate.. i got another thread on same topic so this one is closed. let me try with eSyndiCat PRO

    http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=102257&page=2&highlight=Best+Directory+Script%3F+eSyndiCat+PRO+or+PhpLD+3.0+%3F

    $49 (esyndicat) vs $29 + $75 + $10 = $114 (phpLD)

    eSyndiCat Pro is twice cheaper

$25 - PHP Link Directory 3.0+ with link back
$75 - PHP Link Directory 3.0+ with no link back
$10 - Access to private supporters forum (optional)

i want to try something new... PHPld very famous so want to try with other one. and i have only 50$ in my paypal.. lol let me spend all amount n see. :) i really need a luck now

    Thanks amit n Guru :)

E syndicat pro is fantastic. It will do everything you could ask of a directory script and more besides. Thre are also a couple of category injection scripts out there as well that will give you a good base and save you a hck of a lot of time populating . You can also get a script that will pull in links from any page you specify.

I can heartyily recommend Esyn. (i have not used phpld pro so in all honesty can not comment on it)

Quite a recommendation. I've now bought a licence for ESyndicat after trying out the demo for the Admin side. It really does look like a superior product to phpLD (sorry dvduval  ) but I won't know too much about it until I install it and give it a whirl. :)

We never try eSyndiCat. We only use phpld for our all directories. So we love phpld only rightnow :D

eSyndicat pro may be costlier than phpLD but it has more features than phpLD
i have still not tried v3 of pgpLD but eSyndicat is $49 priced a littler higher
phpLD v3 is good script and it will be even more effective if we get into the supporters forum without extra money
if you calculate future mods , support and all misc.. things both phpLD and esyndicat will come to the same cost so don't think phpLD is cheap both.
the one thing i like in phpLD is the payment option but even that is available in eSyndicat

My vote goes for the free version of wsnlinks.

I've tried others (but not those 2) and can't see any reason to. The only hard thing with my directories is the rewriting the spammy titles and descriptions. The directory script is great but it can't do that :(
