I like the tag cloud mod and the mod that shows screenshots on the home page. I have both of those up on www.wrdir.com

Some of the stat mods are kinda cool.

I think there are a few good ones around they are often from the following sources aspidov an0n & balkanboy teams

Of course there are many others but they just came to mind:)

Will think of some more to add to the thread later as there are other quality mods in the sector

They are just like Alive Directory detail pages, except Alive directory doesn't use any 3rd party utilities.

My custom detail pages were up before Alive Directory added those search engine features. I can guarantee that.

I won't get credit because my directory isn't nearly as popular as Alive Directory, but that's ok, they were still custom and completely thought out without any other directory in mind.

Alive Directory has other mods like the Custom Alexa Image and the multiple links for detail pages that are very nice.

errrr... im not sure what you're trying to imply, but hopefully not some sort of pissing contest where you are trying to say that you were first, because FYI, there are other directires with these attributes that were there BEFORE you and alive.
I simply pointed out that the *uniqueness* isn't there in terms of the site: cache: related: link: clickable type URLs.

so calm down man. you got your plug for your directory in the thread now.

    edit: since you edited..
BlueRaccoon to me, and in own my personal opinion is one of the best looking and uniquely designed directories out there. It's just my personal opinion and im certain others will beg to differ, but just my own .02

It's insulting you think I would "plug" my directory just for linkage.

I was making a point that it was a custom mod idea and is different from most directories.

Alive Directory is far superior than my directory, which is clear, but I want to make it clear my detail pages weren't influenced by their detail pages. It was a idea planned out from launch and was executed with the idea that it was completely unique.

It's what you did. Notice all posts above do not give mention to any directory owners director(y/ies)

I answered Jeff's question because otherwise my directory would not have ever been mentioned, compared to a superior directory that had a similiar mod idea, or never had the benefit of being mentioned in the original post . ;)

I hardly ever mention my directories and if I do, it's for a good reason.

I'm not the type of person who links up my directory ever other word like many members here. If you catch my drift.

I like the roll-over on title's of Directorydump, you get a snapshot of the website and i find it pretty neat!
The alexa traffic rank is neat too,

When will it go public :D:D:D ?
    ;)
