    This one stands out in my mind. Click 'the dough' then select your location. It's a little on the Canadian side because it deals with a certain bank (we only have 5 main banks here). One of them pissed of the wrong guy :D. The same bank once pissed me off, maybe that's why it stands out. It may not qualify for the best design but it does quality for creativity with a cause.

    eye4u.com was one of the first websites to do flash. What funny is even since the late 90's when they started, their website really hasn't changed. Still pretty cool though.

    http://www.djicon.com/ is my favorite. Not only does this site has beautiful interactive flash, it also has seo and a pr 5 rank. Very impressive. I couldn't have done better myself.

    Some of those sites are a little over-designed IMO. Great work, but not sure if the avarage user really appreciates all of the effort. Sometimes less is more.
