Best design website to be made, on small budget

    Hi Designers,

    I am in lookout for a good website design, better than this http://link-building-service. info ( Please add DOT INFO to the URL) in looks. The purpose of the website would be article sales, so it should be nice & clean.

    CSS work preferred. Please let us know your best quote, I have a small budget, but I want a good looking site. The applicant’s past project performance proofs would be required to proceed. Good itraders is also a must.
