Sounds like you need a lot of CPU & bandwidth, can you post what your requirements are in this regard, and your budget? Lots of providers will allow adult content but whether torrents are allowed might be another topic, you'd be best to contact the hosts you are interested in to make sure they will allow your requirements, so as to not run into any issues in the future.
For torrents you would need faster HDD with maybe RAID card if speed matters. Lots of memory for caching might help.
Look for VPS with SSD Disk space or get a dedicated server. If you are hosting torrent related content then you should consider taking VPS/server hosted in Netherlands
I don't see how you'd require a faster HDD for this. Likely this is for a torrent website for ".torrent" files, and not used for actual downloading/uploading of torrents using a torrent client. Unless the server is downloading/uploading files at or above Gigabit speeds (unlikely, at least consistently), standard SATA drives should perform fine. RAID is always a good suggestion though, for redundancy and slight performance increase.
