I second this, Don't go with host gator or dreamhost for dedis.

 

I don't see DataPipe mentioned here. They are the same league as rackspace. Top notch. Expensive, but worth it.

This is to mention: we have been using godaddy.com for the last 2 years, bit costly but quality is fine. Customer care also act very fast there.

 

Rackspace is the best dedicated hosting provider around bar none - Their uptime is flawless and the best in the industry, they arent as cheap as your regular hosts but with everything - you get what you pay for.

 

Interland is the best in my opinion. They servers has good hardware. Award winning customer service.

Not as big as Rackspace but for me ServerBeach.com is the best dedicated un-managed hosting provider.

 

ServePath sucks. They'll charge you for an extra month after cancelling. Total B.S. avoid at all costs. Unreliable also... Go ahead and search for "ServePath outage".
