I don't see DataPipe mentioned here. They are the same league as rackspace. Top notch. Expensive, but worth it.
Here are some calpop.com $99 Unmetered 3,300 GB/mo Level3 Gigabits -Free 24hr Support Dedicated-Servers 3.0Ghz, 320GB HD, Only 69$ Guaranteed Satisfaction ServePath Build To Your Needs. Fast, 100% Uptime. 24/7 Support & Expertise. This is to mention: we have been using godaddy.com for the last 2 years, bit costly but quality is fine. Customer care also act very fast there.
Rackspace is the best dedicated hosting provider around bar none - Their uptime is flawless and the best in the industry, they arent as cheap as your regular hosts but with everything - you get what you pay for.
Not as big as Rackspace but for me ServerBeach.com is the best dedicated un-managed hosting provider.
ServePath sucks. They'll charge you for an extra month after cancelling. Total B.S. avoid at all costs. Unreliable also... Go ahead and search for "ServePath outage".
