Best Dedicated Host?

For a dedicated server, who do you all use or have heard great reviews from?
Looking to pay in the $50-150/ month range.

We are currently hosted at MediaTemple and have been quite pleased.

 

Best managed or unmanaged dedicated host?

 

I have never been able to find a decent managed host in that price range. You might want to consider increasing your budget.

 

What are your requirements such as hard drive, bandwidth, ram, processor?

For a managed dedicated server, it may be hard to find it at the price you are aiming. But for a low performance server, you may actually find it.

 

I'd try softlayer, limestone or webnx they are all great hosts

 

I have previously use Softlayer and I was happy with the service/ quality of their server. But due to cost cutting I switched to Singlehop and I feel that they don't provide good service the same level Softlayer does. For Singlehop, I requested the support to install FFMPEG on my server they asked me to subscribe for managed service for one month which cost me extra $69.00 and it took them 3-4 days to complete the installation.
