I had a Virtual Money ATM card, that allows to withdraw PayPal funds to a bank account linked with the card. It was 2 years ago and now I'm searching for a good alternative. I have Finnish paypal account, that allows withdrawals to U.S. and local banks. Is there any trusted card with affordable fees and no problems with paper work? I mean I just want to send all documents once at registration and no troubles and limits after that.
