When is exactly the best time to buy if you don't have to rush before Xmas in your experience? Just after? In January, beginning or end? Or February?
Go to Best Buy on Dec 24th, they put out huge deals to offload their remaining inventory so they can bring in fresh products for boxing day. Last year I went an bought 2 cell phones (which I got for free on a 3 year plan). But they had a promo where you get a $100 gift certificate with the purchase of a phone. So I got $200 worth of extra loot (bought a dvd player, a bunch of movies, and an mp3 player for the wife). Total cost to me was nothing The other departments in the store had the same kinda deal on, buy something and get best buy gift certs that you could use on the spot
I'm not sure, I went to an actual best buy store Going again this year, but I bet it will be crazy since Dec 24th is a Saturday lol.
I'll bet money that the xbox 360 will drop from $399 to $299 by the first week of january and that all the retail stores will suddenly get a huge supply of them by the end of january lol. Microsoft was very good at manipulating the market for these
DO you have any idea what kind of hardware is in the 360? its a super good deal at 400$ Apparently even at microsofts HUGE discounted bulk rate they are loosing 50-100$ per xbox at 399 but they plan to clean up in licensing for games
It's like that with all the consoles. The real money is in the accessories and games. One xbox sale doesn't compare in the profits compared to selling somebody 10 games and an extra controller
well I was just estimating but after 2 seconds of searching on google http://www.gamespot.com/news/6140383.html
