Best day for eCpm today

Greetings
Has anyone noticed a tremendous increase in eCpm today? I got mine +400% ! And also ctr increased a lot. I'm experiencing big fluctuations in August...
I'm in the Computer security field btw

 

Yup your not the only one... im also seeing huge increase in ctr and ecpm.. but check your impressions... are they below normal? Thats what everyone is seeing right now...

My eCPM and CTR drop 50% since yesterday....

I guess the stats are delayed again, according to my stats, I have a CTR of over 150% on one site and an eCPM of over $450. Impressions around 2/3 if what they are normally like.

I nearly died when I first saw them, I was thinking of what to put in an email to google.. how do I explain that I have a CTR of over 150% Headed over to DP saw that at least someone else had the same problem and that link to WMW comfirmed it. I guess if you see anything suspicious report it at the end of the adsense day when the stats might be normal.

 

Glad to hear that stats is delayed again, I really hope it do. Close to the half day, my revenue is still just a quarter of what I normally received.

Don't worry, you will get a reply from them soon. On the 1st paragraph, will contain "Its come to our attention bla bla bla......."

 

Haha yeah I had a 133% ctr on one of my sites last time I looked.

Edit: Just checked again, and it is weird.. my ctr is lower, got some more clicks but looking at things something odd seems to be going on.. going to wait a bit more and see what happens.

There was some pretty big virus outbreak yesterday (W32.Zotob?). That's at least partly why you are seeing it

 

Where did you hear that from? I thought google ran on their own servers not Windows

 

Are you serious? All I was saying is big virus announcement would be related to a spike on the guy's computer security site

 

no, people are visiting his site (Computer security) to find out about antiviruses etc, becuase of the virus outbreak.

 

My page views is not changed.
I'm noticing fluctuation into ecpm...I've noticed a lot of new advertisers in my industry too. Maybe good paying advertisers...

 

Whatever this is must have hit me a few days ago and has now passed. My eCPM was 4 times higher than normal on Sunday and my CTR has been great for the last week or so.

However, so far today I have extremely low impressions and a pretty low CTR. Weird.
