Best daily video script?

    I'm looking to make a site like failblog.org used to be, i.e. a blog-like site where you have videos/photos uploaded daily and people can vote if it's good/bad, etc. Does anyone know of any scripts that could help with this?

    EDIT: Something similar to www.epicfail.com
