Best credit card processor for recurring billing?

    Aside from 2checkout, which other payment processors are easy to setup and have recurring billing?

    Primarily interested in those that provide prepaid cards. Those that they send you via mail and you can use at any ATM.

    Yeah, but from what I know they are "paypal" style. As in users need an account to pay.

    authorize.net has a good recurring payment system. Paypal is good, but they charge an extra $30 a month for that, on top of their webpay pro which is like $35 a month. Authorize.net is $20 a month for CC processing and another $10 a month for recurring payments.

    I agree with the post above, Authorize.net offers some of the lowest fees for recurring billing. Check out some of their resellers, you might be able to find even lower fees as well.
