Best CREDIBLE way to submit to all search engines?

    I see tons of offers here for submission in all the small search engines and directories. Can anyone say:

    1) Is there a site or service to do this that is known to be reputable? With just some guy who PM's you, you have no idea if he will even do the work when paid.

    2) Is it even worth submitting to all the small engines if you already have done so to the top 5?

    3) Same question for all the small directories, is it worth it if you're already in DMOZ and Yahoo.

    ok, but how do you know where to submit? I've looked for places on some of these smaller search engines and I've not found a place to submit your site to them. How does this listing with the smaller sites affect your PR?
