The first 2 CPM banner ad networks here are very reputable and pays on time with good payout rates. Infact they are 1st tier networks. I've been using them for a few years now and have never had an issue with them as of yet. I use them on my entertainment site. I use 3 different ad formats per page which is allowed. They also offer popups, but I don't use them.
