Best CPM Networks for an Incentive site?

    Hello :)

    I have an incentive (Paid To Click) site with about 5k members and roughly 10k hits daily. And I'm wondering what are some decent CPM ad networks (no redirections, rarely any pop-ups, proper adult ad filtering) that would accept such a site? The eCPM rate isn't a huge deal for me.

    We are a french advertising company and we have incentivized clicks and too we have cpm tag (between 0.05-0.2 € cpm). We pay by paypal since 5 € only each 1st of the month (no delay)

    oooops, I've missed CPM part... anyway you should check Incent.ly (though it's CPA), and maybe Epom Market could be an option.
