Best CPM network for a proxy network?

I just started a proxy network and I was wondering what is the best network to use on it? The proxified ads page that is.

Im using Adversal which provide Pop under ads and banner ads ,I haven't made payment yet but because they have only been on the one site for about 1 week and I would recommend them to anyone to top up your adsense income.

The require you block traffic from Iran,China & Russia.

If you have most visitors from USA then you should try poponclick.

 

I also use poponclick its a very good network for USA traffic.

Adf.ly has a script for that.
Anyway, a small tip - if you want your proxy site to success, don't use popup. Use regular banner ads, maybe layer ads, but popup will drive your visitors crazy.
