    I use valueclickmedia and they pay around $1.00 CPM which is wonderful as i receive around 4k impressions per day. PM me if you need any more info.

    Check this advpoints.com but it pay u by libertyreserve (cashout after u got 1$) and paypal (more than 25$). Nice to join and i was paid many time from it. Join it on your own (advpoints.com) or use my referal at my signature if you would like to thanks :)
