Well, as far as I know, AdultAdWorld.com seems to give the highest payment, howeber it is obscure about its ecpm and does not offer stats. Another giant in the field (which is quite liberal about content type and visitors' origin but not as generous as AAW, and does not offer pop under) is blacklableads. At the moment, both seem to experience difficulties in their websites. Another option with modest pay (a tad over $0.5 cpm for their pop unders) which I tired is exoclick. It pays bi-weekly using paypal and has good stats. I also will be happy to know other decent alternatives.
I also would like to know of any other vendors besides adultAdWorld that accepts traffic from adult sites
